CHEd chief: CSU college students obtained assist

Commission on Increased Training (CHEd) Chairman J. De Vera also reported Fr. Ranhilio Callangan Aquino, CSU vice president for administration, has constantly attacked him by questioning his authority and of the Commission on the situation.
